When your box lands
Five steps between the airport and your tank. Follow them and your fish arrive the way we packed them.
Film first
Before you open anything, film the box and the sealed bags. This clip is your proof for any claim.
Float the bags
Keep the bags closed and float them in your tank for 15 to 20 minutes so the temperature evens out.
Add water slowly
Open each bag and add a little tank water every few minutes, for another 15 to 20 minutes.
Net the fish over
Move the fish with a net. Throw the bag water away, never pour it into your tank.
Let them rest
Dim the light and skip feeding for the first day. Then tell us how the box arrived, we want to know.
If something went wrong
Dead on arrival happens in this trade. Here is how we handle it: film the unopened bags when they land, send us the clip, and we settle it on the next order. Terms agreed before you pay, not after.
